Gift Card Terms & Conditions
1. The promoter
This promotion is operated by Polestar Waterloo Ltd, trading as Circe’s Rooftop Waterloo, at Mercury House, Waterloo, London, SE1.

2. The offer
Purchase a promotional gift card during the sale period and receive double the amount paid in gift card value:

The total value comprises the amount paid plus an equal promotional bonus.
This offer applies only to gift cards specifically advertised as part of Circe’s Black Friday “Double Your Money” promotion. It does not apply retrospectively to previous purchases or to standard gift cards.
3. Purchase dates
Promotional gift cards are available to purchase from 16 November to 13 December 2026 inclusive at:

Payment must be successfully completed during this period to qualify.
4. Redemption dates and expiry
Promotional gift cards are valid exclusively from 1 January to 28 February 2027 inclusive, during the venue’s opening hours.
The entire gift card value, including both the amount paid and the promotional bonus, is subject to this redemption period. Cards cannot be used before 1 January 2027 or after 28 February 2027.
Your visit and redemption must take place within these dates. Making a booking during the redemption period for a later visit does not extend the card’s validity.
Any balance remaining after 28 February 2027 will expire and will not ordinarily be refunded, except where required by law.
5. Eligible purchases and exclusions
Promotional gift cards may be redeemed against full-price food and drink at Circe’s Rooftop Waterloo.
They cannot be used for:
Brunch tickets.
Private events or private hire.
External or third-party events.
The purchase of other gift cards.
They cannot be used in conjunction with promotions, discounts or offers, including happy hour. Items purchased using a promotional gift card will be charged at their applicable full price.
6. How to redeem
Please present your gift card or unique redemption code when paying, before your bill is settled. Gift cards cannot be applied retrospectively to bills already paid.
Only one gift card may be used per transaction. Multiple gift cards cannot be combined in a single transaction.
If your eligible bill exceeds the available gift card balance, the difference must be paid using another accepted payment method.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, and cash change will not be given.

7. Bookings and availability
Purchasing a gift card does not constitute a booking or guarantee entry, a table or availability on a particular date.
Bookings are subject to availability and the booking conditions provided when reserving. Please check opening hours and availability before visiting and allow sufficient time to redeem your card before it expires.
8. Gifting
Promotional gift cards may be purchased as gifts. The purchaser should ensure the recipient is aware of these terms, particularly the redemption dates, exclusions and expiry.
The same terms apply whether the card is redeemed by the purchaser or a gift recipient.
9. Cancellations and refunds
For promotional gift cards purchased online, you may cancel an unused card within 14 days beginning the day after purchase by emailing info@circesrooftop.co.uk with a clear statement that you wish to cancel. Please include your order reference to help us locate the purchase.
For a valid cancellation, we will refund the amount paid within 14 days of being notified, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. The associated gift card and promotional bonus will be cancelled.
The promotional bonus has no separate cash refund value. For example, cancellation of an unused £50 promotional gift card purchased for £25 will result in a £25 refund.
After the applicable cancellation period, gift cards are not refundable simply because you change your mind. This does not affect your statutory rights, including any right to a refund where we are unable to provide what you purchased.
10. Lost cards and security
Please keep your gift card and redemption code secure and share them only with the intended recipient.
If your card or code is lost, stolen or accessed without permission, contact info@circesrooftop.co.uk as soon as possible. We will investigate and, where we can verify ownership and identify an unused balance, seek to cancel and reissue the card.
We may be unable to recover value already redeemed by another person, except where we are legally responsible.
11. Misuse
We may refuse redemption or temporarily suspend a card where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, duplication, an unauthorised payment or other unlawful use.
Where possible, we will explain the reason and give the purchaser an opportunity to resolve the issue. This does not affect statutory rights.
12. Changes and disruption
The terms provided at the time of purchase apply to your gift card. We will not retrospectively reduce the value of an already purchased card or introduce new redemption restrictions.
If venue closure or another issue within our control prevents redemption, please contact info@circesrooftop.co.uk so we can arrange an appropriate remedy. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
13. Personal information
Personal information collected when purchasing or redeeming a gift card will be handled in accordance with the privacy notice provided on our website and at checkout.
14. Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
