Competition Terms and Conditions
General Terms

• This competition is run and managed by Polestar Waterloo Ltd (trading as Circe’s Rooftop, Waterloo).
• Eligibility: The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Employees of Circe’s Rooftop Waterloo and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
• Entry Period: Entries for both the “Spin the Wheel” game and the “Holiday to Greece Prize Draw” will be accepted from 18th November 2024 to 31st December 2024. Any entries submitted outside this period will be invalid.

Entry Methods:
• Spin the Wheel: Participants may enter by scanning the QR code in venue, spinning the wheel and entering the game of chance to win one of below 6 prizes:
o Hotel Chocolat cocktail
o 25% off bar tab
o 50% off bar tab
o £200 food & drink gift card
o 4 x bottomless brunch tickets
o Shooter stick with 6 shots
• Prize Draw for Greece Holiday: Participants are automatically entered into this random prize draw by entering the spin the wheel game.
• Agreement to Terms: By entering either competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Spin the Wheel Competition
• How to Enter: Visit Circe’s rooftop during the entry period, scan the QR code and spin the wheel on your smartphone. One spin per person is allowed.
• Prizes: Prizes are as per above and have varied % chances of win probability based into the algorithm.
• Claiming Prizes: Winners must enter details after spinning the wheel and will then be sent a confirmation email. Vouchers for prizes will be sent on 1st January 2025.
• Liability: Circe’s rooftop is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from participation in the Spin the Wheel game.
• Amendments: Circe’s rooftop reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time if circumstances make this necessary.

Prize Draw for Holiday to Greece
• How to Enter: All spin the wheel participants are auto enrolled into the holiday competition. One entry per person is permitted.
• Prize: The winner will receive a holiday voucher to the value of £1000 voucher to be used for a holiday to a destination of your choice. Greece is simply stated for illustration purposes.
• Winner Selection: A random drawing will be conducted on Saturday 1st February to select one winner from all eligible entries. The winner will be contacted via phone call and email.
• Prize Acceptance: The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 days of notification. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
• Non-Transferable: The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
• Travel Requirements: The winner and their guest are responsible for meeting any travel requirements, including but not limited to valid passports, visas, and any health regulations for entry to Greece.
• Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in any publicity associated with the competition, such as providing their name, image, and/or likeness for promotional materials.
• Liability: Circe’s Rooftop is not responsible for any cancellations, delays, or losses beyond its control or for any personal expenses incurred by the winner during the trip.
• Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

Miscellaneous
• Privacy: Any personal data collected in connection with this competition will be used solely in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Circe’s Rooftop privacy policy.
