1. Membership

• Rooftop Rewards is the loyalty and rewards programme for Circe’s Rooftop.
• Membership is free and available to guests aged 18 or over.
• To join, guests must register for Rooftop Rewards and download their Rooftop Rewards wallet pass.
• Members must present or scan their Rooftop Rewards wallet pass at the time of purchase to earn points, access member-only offers or redeem rewards.
• Rewards, points and offers cannot be added retrospectively if the wallet pass was not scanned or shown at the time of visit.
• Circe’s Rooftop reserves the right to refuse, suspend or cancel membership where misuse, fraud, abuse or breach of these terms is suspected.
  
  

2. Earning Points

• Members earn 1 point for every £1 spent on qualifying food and drink purchases at Circe’s Rooftop.
• Points are earned on eligible spend after any discounts, offers, vouchers, service charge or promotional reductions have been applied.
• Points cannot be earned on gift card purchases, deposits, service charge, tips, private hire minimum spends, ticketed events, third-party bookings or any other excluded purchases unless otherwise stated.
• Points hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Points are personal to the member and cannot be transferred, combined, sold or shared between accounts.
• Points may take up to 24 hours to appear on a member’s account after a qualifying purchase.
  
  

3. Points Expiry and Reset

• Points expire and renew every 12 months from the date they are earned.
• Once a member reaches 5,000 points, their 5,000-point reward will be issued and their points balance will reset to zero.
• Circe’s Rooftop is not responsible for expired, unused or unredeemed points.
  
  

4. Points Rewards

• Members can unlock rewards at selected points milestones.
• Current points rewards include:
• 100 points — £10 gift card
  250 points — Bottle of wine or bucket of beers
  500 points — Mezze and bottle of Chapel Down sparkling
  1,000 points — Bottle of Veuve Champagne
  2,500 points — £200 gift card to spend on food and drink
  5,000 points — Grey Goose VIP experience including bottle of Grey Goose, mixers and food, with a reward value of £500
• Rewards are issued when the relevant points milestone has been reached, subject to availability and qualifying criteria.
• Rewards may vary, be substituted or be withdrawn at any time.
• All rewards are valid for 30 days from issue unless otherwise stated.
  
  

5. Welcome Reward

• New Rooftop Rewards members will receive a welcome reward for 1 x welcome cocktail from the menu, subject to availability.
• The welcome cocktail reward is valid for 30 days from sign-up.
• The welcome reward is limited to one per person and one per membership.
• The reward cannot be exchanged for cash, substituted for a higher-value drink, or combined with any other offer, promotion, discount or reward.
  
  

6. Birthday Reward

• Members may receive a birthday reward for a round of spritz cocktails to enjoy at Circe’s Rooftop.
• To receive a birthday reward, members may need to have provided a valid date of birth before the reward is issued.
• The birthday reward is valid for 30 days from issue unless otherwise stated.
• Birthday rewards are limited to one per member per year.
• The birthday reward is subject to availability and may be limited to selected spritz cocktails.
• The reward cannot be exchanged for cash, used against other drinks, or combined with any other offer, promotion, discount or reward.
  
  

7. Spin the Wheel Rewards

• Members who scan their Rooftop Rewards wallet pass during a qualifying visit may be sent an invitation to Spin the Wheel after their visit.
• Spin the Wheel rewards are subject to availability and may include one of the current listed prizes.
• Current Spin the Wheel prizes include:
• £50 bar tab
  Bottle of house Champagne
  Bottle of house wine
  £20 off when you spend £50
  50% off total bill when you spend £50 or more
  Free slushie or spritz
• Spin the Wheel rewards are issued at random and cannot be changed, swapped or exchanged.
• Only one Spin the Wheel entry may be issued per qualifying visit.
• Spin the Wheel rewards are valid for 30 days from issue unless otherwise stated.
• Minimum spend requirements apply where stated on the individual reward.
  
  

8. Happy Hour and Member-Only Offers

• Rooftop Rewards members receive exclusive access to selected member-only offers, including Circe’s Happy Hour.
• Members must show or scan their Rooftop Rewards wallet pass to access member-only pricing.
• No wallet pass means no discount.
• Current member Happy Hour offers include £7 Margaritas, £5 beers, £8 glasses of wine and 3 for 2 on selected small plates.
• Happy Hour is available Sunday to Friday, 2pm–5pm, with selected rewards extended until 7pm, unless otherwise stated.
• Happy Hour times, products and prices may vary and are subject to availability.
• Member-only offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount, voucher or reward.
  
  

9. Reward Redemption

• Only one reward, voucher or offer can be redeemed per customer every 12 hours.
• Rewards must be redeemed within the stated validity period.
• Expired rewards cannot be extended, reissued or exchanged.
• Rewards must be presented before payment. Rewards cannot be applied retrospectively after a transaction has been completed.
• Rewards cannot be used with any other offer, discount, promotion, set menu, event package, private hire package or ticketed event unless expressly stated.
• Rewards are subject to availability and may be restricted on selected dates, times, events or peak trading periods.
• Circe’s Rooftop reserves the right to verify membership details before allowing a reward to be redeemed.
  
  

10. Alcohol Rewards

• Alcoholic rewards are only available to guests aged 18 or over.
• Valid photo ID may be required.
• Circe’s Rooftop operates Challenge 25 and reserves the right to refuse service in line with licensing laws and responsible service of alcohol policies.
• Alcohol rewards are subject to availability and may be substituted at the venue’s discretion.
• No cash alternative will be offered where alcohol service is refused.
  
  

11. Gift Cards, Bar Tabs and Spend-Based Rewards

• Gift card, bar tab and money-off rewards can only be used towards eligible food and drink purchases at Circe’s Rooftop.
• Gift card and bar tab rewards must be used in full during a single visit unless otherwise stated.
• No change, credit or cash alternative will be given.
• Spend-based rewards, such as £20 off when you spend £50 or 50% off when you spend £50 or more, require the stated minimum spend to be reached before the reward can be applied.
• Minimum spend is calculated after any excluded items, service charge, tips or other discounts have been removed.
  
  

12. General Exclusions

• Rooftop Rewards cannot be used with private hire bookings, pre-paid packages, deposits, ticketed events, third-party promotions, set menus, delivery, takeaway, gift card purchases or any other excluded activity unless otherwise stated.
• Rewards cannot be used to pay service charge or gratuities.
• Rewards cannot be sold, transferred, auctioned, exchanged or used by anyone other than the member to whom they were issued.
• Any attempt to misuse, duplicate, manipulate or fraudulently redeem rewards may result in cancellation of rewards and termination of membership.
  
  

13. Changes to the Scheme

• Circe’s Rooftop reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw Rooftop Rewards, including points, rewards, offers, qualifying criteria and these terms and conditions, at any time.
• Where possible, reasonable notice will be given of significant changes, but Circe’s Rooftop is not obliged to provide compensation for any changes, suspension or withdrawal of the scheme.
  
  

14. Data and Communications

• By joining Rooftop Rewards, members agree to receive service messages relating to their membership, wallet pass, points and rewards.
• Members may also receive marketing communications where they have opted in.
• Personal data will be handled in accordance with Circe’s Rooftop’s privacy policy.
• Members are responsible for keeping their contact details up to date.
  
  

15. Final Decision

• The decision of Circe’s Rooftop regarding the issuing, earning, redemption or cancellation of points and rewards is final.
• These terms apply in addition to any specific terms shown on individual rewards, vouchers or offers.
